Policies and Procedures
Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will only be honored at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed, to stay on time for all following appointments.
Cancellations
When you book your appointment, we will ask for your credit card information in order to put a hold on your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “No Shows” or a cancellation 4 hours or less will be a 100% charge of the service booked. Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Adjustments
In order to receive a complimentary adjustment on the cut or color you received in the salon, you must contact the salon within 7 days from the date of your original service. All adjustments will be performed by the stylist who originally performed the service and all adjustments are subject to stylist/management discretion. Note: Corrective color is not guaranteed.
Children
Salons can be an unsafe environment for small children. For the safety and comfort of all clients, all children accompanying an adult to their appointment must be supervised and seated next to the adult at all times.

To ensure the safety of our staff, clients & community, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, (fever, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, low energy, muscle aches, loss of sense of smell or taste, nausea, runny/stuffy nose, or sore throat) please let us know, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Mask Policy Update
Beginning March 12th 2022, in accordance with OHA & State Guidelines, the indoor mask mandate will be lifted.
Mask wearing will be optional for all clients and willow hair staff. We are excited to see your faces again. We know some clients will still feel more comfortable remaining masked, which we respect, and will accommodate you.
